Mackenzie Thomas
Psychotherapy
Hi, I’m Mackenzie, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering virtual therapy to teens and adults across Ontario.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or hard on themselves — whether that shows up as anxiety, burnout, ADHD, low self-worth, or challenges in relationships. Many of my clients come in feeling like they’re constantly overthinking, struggling to keep up, or unsure of how to break patterns that no longer feel helpful.
My approach is integrative and relational, which means we take the time to understand how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and respond today. I believe that insight is important, but it’s not always enough on its own.
Alongside this deeper work, I incorporate practical tools from CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you manage emotions, reduce overwhelm, and feel more confident navigating your day-to-day life. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical — a space to better understand yourself while also learning how to move forward.
Above all, I aim to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental, where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you show up.
My Approach
I created Enframe Therapy Co. to offer therapy that feels both supportive and meaningful — a space where clients can feel understood while also developing practical insight and tools for change. I value creating a therapeutic relationship that feels genuine, collaborative, and grounded in your unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
Who I Support
I work with teens and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, burnout, depression, ADHD, overthinking, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in their thoughts, hard on themselves, or unsure how to move forward. My aim is to help you better understand your patterns, strengthen your coping, and reconnect with yourself in a more compassionate way.
